2024 Del Valle Open Water Festival at Shadow Cliffs

UPDATE: The location has been changed to Shadow Cliffs for 2024. The 2024 Del Valle Open Water Festival is a two-day event with 10k, 5k, 1.5k and 2.5k swims. Water temperature is expected to be 68-75 with a huge grassy park and beach for spectators and participants. Participation will be limited to 350 participants on Saturday, June 8th and expected participation of 400-450 on Sunday, June 9th. We will be also have a “Just for Fun” division of the 1.5k and 2.5k allowing Fins/pull buoys to raise funds for community relief efforts. We expect up to 450 swimmers to participate from around the country and international destinations. Our field will have several former Olympic and U.S.A. National Team swimmers.
