Enter Relays

Relay registration is now open. All relays must be entered online. Entries for all relays are due by 7 p.m. the day prior to the relay. See the relay information page for complete information.

Relays are $16 each. If teams wish to pay for relays using a different card other than was submitted or pay by check, please go to the Solutions table prior to the end of the meet. NO CASH.

A credit card must be submitted each time a change or a new relay is entered, however, the card will not be charged until the event has concluded. 

Distance Event Check-in

All events 200 meters and longer require positive check-in by 7:00 p.m. Pacific the evening prior to the event so swimmers can be better prepared for when to arrive at the pool. Heat sheets will be posted online by approximately 8 p.m. Pacific time each evening.

Split Notification

Splits will be recorded for all swimmers and submitted for records and Top 10 consideration. Split requests are required for initial distance(s) of an individual backstroke event. The swimmer is responsible for picking up and completing the Split Notification Form from the administrative official prior to the swim.

Automatic split times will be submitted for USMS Top 10, however automatic split times from individual events will not automatically appear in the USMS event results database. If you would like a split time to be added to the event results database, please email your request after the meet to Event Services.

Photography

Zoom Photography will be offering professional action photography services to swimmers and families at 2024 USMS Summer Nationals. Photos are only taken of athletes who register online with Zoom before their race.

Photographer Peter H. Bick will also be gathering images for USMS, and he might just catch you in action. His images will be available for purchase on his website after the event.

Media

We want you to enjoy your time with friends and teammates at Nationals, and that includes taking photos and video for your person, club, and social media use. However, if you’re planning on photographing, videoing, or conducting interviews with participants for any ay media outlet or commercial entity, please review our Media Pass Request information and email Publications if you have questions.

Please note: Cameras and recording devices in the pool and drones are prohibited at the event, except use by pre-authorized USMS staff or contractors.
