Frank began representing his St. Pete Masters team on the LMSC board in the early 1980’s. He’s served as the LMSC Newsletter Editor and was honored for his service by the LMSC in 1994. Frank began attending USMS conventions in 1983 as a Florida LMSC delegate, where he served on the Legislation (15 years), International, and Insurance committees. He served as the Dixie Zone chair as well.
