Dive in with the Bayou Barracudas, the Larose Civic Center’s masters swim team for adults of all skill levels! Whether you’re training for competition, looking to stay fit, or just love being in the water, our team offers a fun, supportive environment to help you reach your goals.
Practice with experienced coaches, improve your technique, build endurance, and connect with fellow swimmers from across the Bayou. From casual swimmers to seasoned competitors, there’s a lane for everyone. Join the Barracudas and make a splash—Bayou style!
Practice Information
We practice mornings on Tuesday and Thursday 7am-8:30am.
In the afternoon we practice Tuesday and Wednesday 5pm-6:30pm.

USMS Certified Coaches

USA Swimming Foundation
