Broadstone Aquatic Masters of Folsom
Most team members belong to Broadstone Sports Club located in Folsom, CA. We swim as much as we can and as much time allows for us to practice with our busy work/life schedules. Our favorite place is lane 9 (hot tub) at the end of a hard workout!
Practice Information
Monday, Wednesday, Friday is a coached practice from 6 AM to 7 AM. Tuesday, Thursday is an unofficial non coached group that swims from 6 AM to 7 AM. On Saturdays, there is an unofficial non coached group that swims from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. In the summer, we may venture to open water if we are brave enough!
