The noon group is fast paces averaging around 3500 yards
The evening group swims about an hour average 2500 yards.
Practice Information
Practice is Monday and Wednesday from 12 pm-1:30 pm and Wednesday from 6:00 pm- 7:00 pm. Practice is included with the daily admission or membership to the facility. Traveling guest are welcome to join.

These instructors have furthered their swim-lessons instruction education and have passed the certification exam. Note: A certified ALTS instructor might not be at all locations or workouts.
USA Swimming Foundation
