HSAM is a registered USMasters swim team. Our program emphasizes on daily fitness through dedication and fun. We cater to18 & up and all swim backgrounds. Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 5:150 a.m. - 6:30 a.m. at Grossmont High School pool.
