Mt. Lebanon Aqua Club (MLAC)
The MLAC Masters Swim Program is open to adult swimmers age 18 and over of any ability. Masters coaches provide leveled workouts dependent upon the time requirements and ability of the master's swimmer. Practices are staffed by our coaches from the MLAC professional coaching staff to work with our Masters team to develop as competitive swimmers, tri-athletes, or lifelong swimmers.
