Nor Cal Aquatics
Nor Cal Aquatics is a fun social masters swim group for all ages and abilities. Some swimmers compete in pool and open water events. Triathletes and runners welcome. Fitness swimmers welcome. We train at Health Quest Fitness center in Napa and Lake Berryessa.
Practice Information
M 5:30-6:30pm, T/Th 0830-0930, Sat 9-10:30 am, at Health Quest pool. Open water Sun 9-11:00 am at Lake Berryessa weather permitting. Special open water training camps at Lake Tahoe during summer, reservations required.

USA Swimming Foundation
