Oregon Masters
Oregon Masters is a regional club within the Oregon LMSC and is comprised of 30 local workout groups in 2024. We welcome swimmers of all ages from 18-100+ regardless of previous organized workout swimming experience. Abilities range from novice swimmers just learning the competitive strokes to those who have achieved USMS National Top Ten. Interests range from workout swimmers to competitors who race in pool meets, open water swims, and triathlons. We have a diverse and wonderful group that welcomes everyone. Workout groups are located throughout the state and in southern Washington. For all meets except our Association championships in the Spring, we compete as an Oregon club for relay swims, team points, etc.

These instructors have furthered their swim-lessons instruction education and have passed the certification exam. Note: A certified ALTS instructor might not be at all locations or workouts.
USA Swimming Foundation
The USA Swimming Foundation logo identifies clubs that receive support from the foundation for their adult swim-lessons program. These grant programs offer adult learn-to-swim lessons at a reduced cost. Most also are led by a USMS-certified adult learn-to-swim instructor.
