Gold's Aquatics Club Camas
The Gold’s Aquatics Club Camas (GACC) Masters is the USA swimming Masters training group out of the Gold’s Gym Aquatic Center serving individuals who are 18 years and older. We are an inclusive community that serves individuals newer to swimming as well as those who swam competitively in the past. Our coaches create an inclusive, supportive, and encouraging environment in which our Masters group thrives within. Our coaches deliver challenging practices that engage the body and mind while address technique and the individual needs of our swimmers.
Practice Information
GACC Masters have 5-6 one-hour long practices per week in the pool and have access to all the amenities of our gym, including our personal training group fitness class. Our practices are dynamic and follow a non-traditional training cycle that allows each individual to gain benefits from training even if they are unable to practice each day, unlike a traditional training cycle.
