Poseidon Masters
Poseidon Swimming is a USA Swimming Bronze level competitive club swim team. Poseidon has been fostering excellence in swimming in the Richmond area for over 30 years. It is a 501(3)c organization run by a parent-led Board of Directors and Head Coach, Ted Sallade.
The Poseidon Masters Swimming program is run by Coach Justin Rich, a former Poseidon and Virginia Tech swimmer. Masters Swimming is a coached program for adults 18 and older who are working to strengthen swim skills and endurance for fitness, competition or personal enjoyment. Masters Swim runs in the morning Monday through Friday. You’ll spend 55 minute in the pool swimming laps, and your coach will be available to develop workouts and offer suggestions to improve the mechanics of your strokes and your efficiency in the water.

Monday - Friday: 6:00 - 6:55am
Monday - Friday: 7:00 - 7:55am
Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of the four swim strokes is recommended, and you should be able to swim continuously for at least 25 yards (one length of the pool).
