About the Program
The Ridgefield Aquatic Club Masters Program is designed for adult swimmers of all levels—from fitness swimmers to competitive athletes. Whether you want to improve your technique, train for a triathlon, or stay fit, our program offers a supportive and structured environment.

Structured Workouts: Professionally designed workouts catering to different skill levels and goals, with a balance of endurance, speed, and technique training.
Experienced Coaches: Our professional coaching staff provides personalized feedback to help you improve your strokes, build strength, and increase endurance.
Flexible Schedule: Multiple practice times are offered each week, so it’s easy to find a session that fits your schedule.

Practice Information
Practice Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
Masters 1 - 5:30 AM – 6:30 AM
Masters 2 - 6:40 AM - 7:40 AM
Tuesday and Thursday:
Mid-Morning Masters - 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
*All practices are held at the Ridgefield Aquatic Club at the Barlow Mountain School (Pool Area), equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.
