River Crossing - Bethlehem YMCA
We are an adult Masters Swimming Program that works out at River Crossing - Bethlehem YMCA. Our group is a mix of pure swimmers and endurance athletes across a broad spectrum of ability levels ranging from beginner to seasoned racer. Our pool is an indoor chlorinated pool with 4 lanes and certified to 25 SCY. We officially go: Monday through Friday, 0515 - 0600, though workouts typically extend to 0645 for athletes who have the time. One day a week we do dryland and one day each week we also play half-court water polo. We have 52 athletes currently registered and on the roster and email list. However, we only see 6 - 10 swimmers in the water for our regular morning sessions. Most of our athletes not in the water with us each morning are doing the workouts on the board on their own schedule, after work, etc.

- The Bethlehem YMCA facility opens at 0500, Monday - Friday.
- All swimmers must rinse/shower prior to entering the pool.
- Doors to the pool from the locker rooms open at 0510 (on my watch, not any one of the multiple clocks reading varying times around the facility).
- Doors to the pool from the locker rooms re-lock at 0520 (I do not answer doors being pulled upon at/after 0521).
- If attending Masters, but running late, please use the main pool door at the end of the Family Locker Room hallway to gain entry to the pool from 0521 - 0559; if I am present, this door is open.
- All inside doors to the pool are unlocked again for all members at 0600.
