YMCA of Metro Atlanta
As a leading nonprofit committed to healthy living, the Y has been a leader in providing swim lessons and water safety for more than 160 years. Because of its size and reach, the YMCA of Metro Atlanta is in a unique position to help bridge the gap in the delivery of swim lessons and water safety education in the metro Atlanta - especially in underserved communities. YMCA programs and services are open to all – regardless of financial ability. The Y awards scholarships to those in need of financial assistance and actively works to identify and involve individuals most at-risk for drowning or who may not have access to swim and water safety programs without the Y.
